To foster a welcoming environment with our customers or to prevent any form of difficulty. We lay out a few terms and conditions that both buyers and sellers must abide by. Delivery Specifications

Delivery Charges and Time frames:

  • We provide free delivery across London and to regions that are located within a 50-mile radius of London.
  • Customers residing in places over a 50-mile radius from London but within a 100-mile radius pay £50 for delivery within 5 to 7 business days, according to the courier.
  • Customers who live more than 100 miles from London must pay £80 for delivery within 5 to 10 business days, according to the courier.

Delivery Process:

Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery date and time. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery on the scheduled date.

Delivery Address:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Any changes or corrections to the delivery address must be communicated to us as soon as possible. Your item is delivered inside your home by a courier service. If you reside on the first or second floor, there is no fee to bring the item inside; however, if you live on the second or higher floor, there is a fee of £10 for each additional floor that is a courier cost. If your floor has a lift, there is no fee.
  • The delivery fee will be deducted from the customer’s total if they denied the delivery.
  • If any customers want to change their address, they must notify us prior to order shipment because it is highly challenging to hold the delivery with a courier once the order has been dispatched.
  • We will charge for the courier service once more to reschedule the delivery to a different Address if the item is already out for delivery.

Note: Just note that these extra charges are by courier company and not by Mirrored Wardrobe.

Delivery Delays:

While we strive to meet the specified delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Change of Mind or Order Cancellation:

If you have a change of mind after placing your order, we understand, and we have a process in place for order cancellations. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully:

Cancellation Period:

You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Cancellation After Shipping:

If your order has already been shipped within the 24-hour cancellation period, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Post-Delivery Return Conditions:

In the event that the item has been delivered, you may still request a return, but specific conditions must be met:

  • You are responsible for covering the courier charges for the return.
  • The item must be securely packed in its original packaging.
  • The product and its packaging must be free from any damage.
  • The item must be inspected by our professionals before we can accept the return.

Inspection and Refund Process:

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that these terms and conditions are designed to ensure a smooth and fair process for order cancellations and returns. We aim to provide the best possible service to our customers while maintaining the quality and condition of our mirrored wardrobes. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions related to order cancellations and change of mind. We reserve the right to update these terms, and the most recent version will apply to your order. Refund and Return:

All purchases made with Mirrored Wardrobes Ltd are covered under our 14-day money back guarantee. If you’ve changed your mind, return the item to the designated depot and your refund will be processed once the item has been received back and inspected. All refunds are issued with the same method used for initial payment and can take up to 7 working days to be processed. Collection service via our couriers is available and is quoted based on item specifications and postcode.

Return Eligibility:

In order to qualify for a return, the following conditions must be adhered to;

  1. a) Items must be in resale-able condition and in the original packaging.
  2. b) Clearance products are not enabled for return.
  3. c) The item must remain in its original condition without any assembly, fitting, or alterations.
  4. d) For hygiene reasons, mattresses are not eligible for return once they have been removed from their packaging.

Damaged Items:

We take thorough measures to adequately package all items for safe transportation. If you have received a damaged item or are missing parts, please report this to us immediately and we will arrange replacements for you as quickly as possible. Please observe the lead time for substitution parts varies from item to item and may take -14 working days.

Damage Claims:

If you have received the item and find any damaged/missing parts within the packaging material, please let us know quickly and we will fix it up to send you alternative parts free of cost. Should you opt not to receive replacement components, the item is eligible for return in accordance with our regular returns procedure. If we are unable to resolve the issue for you with replacement parts or a full replacement, we will arrange a free collection of the item and issue you a full refund.
